How ROLE Works ?
- Use the ROLE system to create a boat trip
- Add the amount of passengers that are boarding
- The system generates a dynamic list of Releases of Liability Waivers
- Input each passenger’s name, email address, and cell phone number - then hit SEND
- Each passenger receives a mobile text alert and and email containing a link to the digital Release of Liability Waiver
- Each passenger can use their touchscreen device to open the link
- Passengers are taken to a straightforward screen to sign their waiver digitally
- They select English or Spanish
- They select Adult or Minor
- They read the agreement, checking several important points of acknowledgement
- They sign on the screen using their finger
- The Passenger is sent a .pdf copy for their records
- A digital copy is stored in the ROLE system
ROLE Blast Explained
- ROLE Blast is a feature in your Landing Manager that allows you to create a list of your travelers with their names, date of birth, Email ID and mobile numbers.
- This is the point of action where on one click the agreement will reach to your customer’s email and SMS inbox
- The message will contain a link of ROLE agreement where your customer can check all the acknowledgements and once done; he/she is good to go with the booking
