  • The system generates a dynamic list of Releases of Liability Waivers
  • Input each passenger’s name, email address, and cell phone number - then hit SEND
  • Each passenger receives a mobile text alert and and email containing a link to the digital Release of Liability Waiver
  • Each passenger can use their touchscreen device to open the link
  • Passengers are taken to a straightforward screen to sign their waiver digitally
  • They select English or Spanish
  • They select Adult or Minor
  • They read the agreement, checking several important points of acknowledgement
  • They sign on the screen using their finger
  • The Passenger is sent a .pdf copy for their records
